About

In approximately 7 years, Christina Carrick has been involved in sales of new condominiums in Victoria and Vancouver valued in excess of $50 million. Within those years of experience she also brings in-depth knowledge of marketing resale detached homes, townhouses, duplexes and condos. She brings energy, creativity, and an incredible work ethic to her clients and credits these attributes with her success. Christina has dedicated herself to surpassing the expectations of her clients.

Christina’s passions for the environment and social justice have led her to adopt a progressive and unique approach to the Victoria real estate market. Why not work with an educated professional real estate specialist who has built a business on the foundation of integrity, environmental and social responsibility? She is currently working towards certification as an Greenagent and looks forward to using this knowledge to better meet her client’s needs.

In addition to her interest in green real estate, Christina also specializes in strata sales, including condos, townhouses and bare-land stratas. Purchasing a strata involves a variety of unique skills and knowledge such as understanding of the Strata Property Act, bylaws, financial statements and depreciation reports. Being a condo owner herself and having worked for one of the most prestigious national developers of condos, Concert Properties, Christina is familiar with all aspects of condo ownership.

Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Ethics (with Honours) from the University of Victoria and her training as a Realtor includes courses taken from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Christina is a member of the National Association Green Agents and Brokers and was awarded a SILVER MLS® award in 2010.

When not selling real estate Christina dedicates herself to more philanthropic pastimes and enjoys working with CAUSE Canada an international development agency specializing in micro-credit, health, and education programs for marginalized peoples living in West Africa and Central America. Last year she had the privilege to visit Sierra Leone and tour the CAUSE Kids program. It was an amazing experience!
